We placed a pizza delivery order at 6:00 pm on October 27, 2011 paying with a credit card over the phone. We called back at 7:00 p.m. to find out where the order was and after fumbing to find our order, we were told it would arrive within 5 minutes because it had walked out the door. At 7:25 after the pizza still hadn't arrived, I called back and I spoke with [redacted] asking where the order was to have her rudely tell me "it's too busy for this, it's going to be there in 5 minutes." When I told her that this was unnacceptable because they had promised the order 25 minutes earlier she abruptly got off the phone. I was shocked by her behavior and lack of professionalism and I then call back immediately to cancel the order and spoke to the gentleman who said he was the owner but would not share his name. He also said he's been in the restaurant business for 35 years, which I find hard to believe because he began to yell at me and tell me I had no idea how a restaurant works and he REFUSED to cancel the order and return a credit to our credit card. I was in no way going to feed my family of 6 food from this establishment simply because we were uncomfortable that they may have done something to our food. We refused the order and cancelled our credit card because of this incident.
