Regarding Complaint: #*** On January 27, 2016, Mr*** brought his dog, *** into Bff Grooming Employee, *** received *** and brought her into the main area of Bff Grooming I, *** ***, an owner of the business, was grooming another dog at that
time Nevertheless, I stopped what I was doing to specifically ask Mr*** how he wanted *** to be groomed I asked if he would like a puppy cut or the traditional Wheaton terrier cut Mr*** responded qoute "puppy cut with long ears, not the traditional Wheaton cut"*** was groomed to Mr***'s description Less than half of ***'s fur was trimmed with a hand scissored finish When Mr*** returned to pi*** I personally spoke with him to explain where *** had to have some additional fur trimmed due to matting near her mouth while one of my employees held ***'s face so he could see it properlyMr*** examined *** and then booked two (2) more appointments for her to be groomed Mr*** did not express any dissatisfaction with the grooming and did not request a refund When Mr*** left I had every reason to believe that he was a satisfied customer . Approximately one half hour later, Mr *** telephoned and expressed how upset he was with the grooming I attempted to discuss the matter with Mr***, but he demanded that the future appointments be cancelled and he then hung upShortly after, I found a very inappropriate and untruthful posting reviewing Bff Grooming on *** (of which I retained copies), which read in part quote "the groomer has a relaxed bh face" and that Bff Grooming had "butchered" his dog He also wrote that our facility was filthy We work hard to keep our facility clean and neat, despite the constant flow of muddy paws and other things Bff Grooming's facility is regularly complimented on its cleanliness by many of our other clients. All of us at Bff Grooming take pride in our job and care deeply for every dog we work with Each is treated as if they were our own It is unfortunate that Mr*** was dissatisfied with the grooming of his dog, ***If Mr*** had expressed his dissatisfaction at the time he picked *** up and had chosen to discuss the matter with us we would have done our best to resolve any problem. Mr Monogeon is demanding a refund As stated above, Mr*** did not express any dissatisfaction with ***'s grooming at the time of pick up Given the circumstances, I do not believe a refund is warranted as he and his dog received the services which Bff Grooming was requestedto perform. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
I brought my dog into this filthy, crowded shop to be be groomed. The fiirst thing that happened was another larger dog running loose started "[redacted] " my dog !   The girl behind the counter was nice enough. But the woman doing the grooming obviously doesn't know how to groom a Wheaton Terrier or talk to customers as she never smiled once! . She didn't even acknowledge I was there until I tried to tell her how I wanted my dogs hair cut.  I told her exactly how I wanted it cut.  Leave the Fau longer (they obviously don't know what a Fau is)  and  leave the hair on her muzzle longer. She replied "I know what you want", " a puppy cut" exact words.  Obviously she doesn't know what she is doing. Or what a puppy cut is for a Wheaton Terrier..  She did the exact opposite of what I asked.  When I picked my dog up I was in shock.  They tout that they provide a cage/kennel free grooming experience for your dog.That's beacuse there is no room for kennels or cages to put dogs in .  The space is too small and there are dogs running around.  (A health threat to other dogs).  I'm in sales and will tell everyone I know not to bring their dogs to this joke of a grooming shop!!!!
