The girl behind the counter was nice enoughBut the woman doing the grooming obviously doesn't know how to groom a Wheaton Terrier or talk to customers as she never smiled once! She didn't even acknowledge I was there until I tried to tell her how I wanted my dogs hair cut I told her exactly how I wanted it cut Leave the Fau longer (they obviously don't know what a Fau is) and leave the hair on her muzzle longerShe replied "I know what you want", " a puppy cut" exact words Obviously she doesn't know what she is doingOr what a puppy cut is for a Wheaton Terrier She did the exact opposite of what I asked When I picked my dog up I was in shock They tout that they provide a cage/kennel free grooming experience for your dog.That's beacuse there is no room for kennels or cages to put dogs in The space is too small and there are dogs running around (A health threat to other dogs) I'm in sales and will tell everyone I know not to bring their dogs to this joke of a grooming shop!!!!
