We bought two puppies from them in November of 2022. They did not provide, still to this day, most of the "puppy kit" they advertise and charged us for. We never got the AKC paperwork for either dog we paid for either. Getting ahold of Dawn, the owner, is almost impossible and she doesn’t keep her word about fixing problems or returning phone calls. I will NEVER buy another puppy here and wish I’d never given them a dime! We usually always adopt, but we got lured in sadly. Even though we spent almost $8,000 here, we still got dragged through the mud. RUN AWAY!

First of all, this company was responsive and efficient when it came to setting up a meeting with the salesmaneven though it seemed suspicious that it used many different company names, but I thought I would try themI also did not like them asking for our driver's license for what the salesman said was "homeland security" purposes
Nevertheless, after they took our money, it seemed like things moved slowlyThe man who installed the gutters was greatVery professional This complaint is NOT about himIt is about the company itself
When we had our first rain, that is when I found out the company did not care about my problem as quickly as they did taking our moneyI called and spoke to a man who said they made internal changes, and someone would call me back in a couple of days"*** no longer works here" he said I was essentially told by this employee not to worry because there would be no rainLike he is the weather man
A week went by and I never heard anythingI was getting more concerned (and upset) because the rain was getting closer I called again and got ahold of a man named ***He was not concerned in the least that I never heard back from them In fact, I found myself getting MORE upset after talking to himI warned him that I would write reviews if this problem was not fixed His attitude? Not a problemWe have been around for numerous yearsI said it may not hurt your business, but it wont help! He said someone would be contacting me soonI heard from an employee who said he would call me in a couple of daysI never heard backIt has now been over two weeks and it has since rainedWe still have a good leakCalling this company is frustrating because they hardly ever answer the phoneThey use a contract receptionist company that just takes a message and you don't hear backI asked them to contact a manager or I would begin a review on the companyNever heard back
This is the wrong company to be putting in these gutter guardsThe guards are decent gutters if they stop leakingThey would be even better if they were installed by a company with customer service skills
