When agreeing to the Consumer Credit Card Agreement he authorized the Credit Union to investigate his credit when opening the account or reviewing the account. Often members move or change their... addresses, employment or phone numbers. We would only contact individuals given to us by our members as loan references. Late payments on credit/loans have a more adverse effect on credit scores than a credit inquiry. We would only do a credit inquiry for permissible purposes.
