Our firm is a professional document preparation company that has been preparing divorce documents for over years We have prepared over 70,divorces Our guarantee prepared by our attorney states clearly that we will refund any divorce not accepted by court We always have the documents accepted since we use the court documents provided by the court We must select the proper documents that relate to the particular clients situation and prepare them according to their submitted information We also prepare a Marital Settlement Agreement that is not provided by any of the courts We provide documents for all states and the provinces in Canada All of the major firms that provide these service do the same, such as ***.Clients have attorneys or paralegals such as us prepare their documents so that they are done properly and also so they can have a professionally prepared Marital Settlement Agreement According to national statistics about 80% of all divorces in the US are prepared for the client by a service or an attorney Mrs*** hired our firm to prepare her documents We did that as we have done for years Later after we prepared the documents she decided at the court that she wished to obtain the documents directly from the court and have us refund our fee We did the work so refund is appropriate We have completed 100’s of documents for clients that have tried to prepare their own documents and asked us to finish them due to their need for guidance All states and provinces supply the forms that are acceptable to their court If Mrs*** had hired an attorney they would refund her either after the work was accomplished. We are sorry that she is so upset but we will continue to assist her with her divorce

We are sorry for the dissatisfaction of Mr. [redacted] but we feel that all his complaints are not valid. We will be happy to help him finish his divorce as he hired us to do.If he would file the documents and contact us for any guidance we will do that in a courteous manner. Our response to his initial complaint and the additional complaints he has added in his last response are as follows.1. We prepare divorce documents for our over 70,000 clients and have for over 20 years.2. We do not prepare QDRO's, Warranty Deeds, Title transfer documents which many times accompany a divorce settlement between the parties.  None of the hundreds of documents preparation companies do that also.  He was upset at us initially because we did not include a QDRO in our documents.  We sent him a website link to the companies that prepare those documents online.  The least expensive is about $375.  We charge $199 for our divorce documentation.  Our website does not need to be changed as we explain clearly on our website what our services are.  All other competitor website do the same such as [redacted].com, and Competecase.com.  This is the first time in the history of our company that someone suggested that our website needs to be changed because it misrepresented our services.3. We are certified Documents Preparers and are members of the National Association of Document Preparers.  We attend yearly classes put on by the Bar Association for Documents preparers.  All of the Documents Preparers in the US are authorized to prepare documents.  There are approximately 100,000 documents preparers/paralegals in the US at this time.  We obtain most of our documents from US Legal Forms which supply forms to all types to attorneys, documents preparers and the general public for over 30 years.  Most states require that all attorneys, documents preparers and the general public use the court approved forms supplied by the court.  Most states provide the forms on their website.  USLEGAL Forms provide the forms with instructions and also provide other forms not available on the court website such as a Settlement Agreement which we provide.4. The documents we prepared for Mr. [redacted] were correctly prepared and the areas not completed are not required in his case.  We suggest that he file the documents with the court and proceed with his divorce.  We will guide him through the process as we have done for 20 years.  We do not sell forms obtained from the court websites but provide the service of preparation, guidance and revisions as requested by the client.5. As a former colonel with 33 years service I resent the implications presented by Mr.[redacted] that we are not a valid and legal company which prepare documents as do all the other documents preparers in the US.  If documents preparers did not have the authority to prepare documents from the court that matter would have been resolved many years ago.  Document preparers have by statute the authority to do the service that that we offer.  He should contact the National Association of Documents preparers if he has a question in that area.6. We do not wish to pursue this any further and suggest that he submit the documents to the court and finish his divorce.   [redacted] CEO

Attached is a refund receipt for the [redacted] divorce. We require that client not use the documents we provided them for the divorce.[redacted]

The information provided by Mr. [redacted] is not correct. We are a documents preparation firm that does divorces in the US and Canada. We have prepared approximately 70,000 in our 20 years of operation. We do not do legal documents such as QDROs, mediation, arbitration, real estate transfers, etc. We...

do provide information on these items and links as to how to get these done. We sent an email to him with information on how to locate a company that prepares QDRO’s. None of the companies such as [redacted].com, [redacted] which are the other large USA divorce companies provide those services. Those services are not part of a divorce. Mr. [redacted] read a non-ecommerce webpage that gives information on the Federal retirement program that links to our website for the divorce. All divorce websites have these blog pages and article pages to increase our ranking with [redacted] and [redacted].A QDRO runs about $350 to prepare with the companies that do that type work. Our fee for the divorce documents was $199.00. He tried to extort us by stating that we either prepare the documents for him or refund his money or he will file a complaint with the Revdex.com. We professionally prepared the divorce documents for him and will provide any guidance he needs to complete his divorce. A QDRO is a separate action with the court and not part of a divorce. We will react appropriately to any action that denigrates our firm due to his misunderstanding of the processes to get the retirement split between him and his wife after the divorce. We will not refund his divorce preparation fee as he has received those documents. We do not have the expertise to complete a QDRO. As a former USAF colonel with 33 years service I have never had an attempt to extort me and am disturbed by that approach.[redacted]CEO###-###-####

Our company had sent a cordial email with a simple revision that had been made to [redacted]’s divorce documents.  The customer called our company stating that she had spoken with her attorney and was told by her attorney, that she would have been able to get the divorce documents for free...

from the county court.  The customer then further went on to say that it was our job to let the consumer now that the documents are provided at the county court for free.  She went on to state that our website was misleading and a fraud.  The customer was rude and threatened to make a complaint about our services.  Our employee defended the company by letting [redacted] know that we were not a fraud, that our divorce documents were good, that they will indeed be accepted by the court, and she will get what she paid for; which is a divorce.  She was further told that the payment of $249.00 was not only for the documents, but also for the preparation and guidance we provide with that fee.  We also select the proper forms needed from the long list of court forms and also provide a Marital Separation Agreement which is not provided by the court.  It is stated clearly on our website, that if any of our documents are rejected by a court of law, we will gladly revise or simply refund the customer.  This customer was not seeking guidance, she was out to tell us that she wasted her money and our employee told her that is was her job as a consumer to research the product she is investing in.  Her attorney should have explained to her that the services we provide including the agreement is not provided by the court.  We have been in business for over 20 years and have provided documents for close to 70,000 clients.  There are people that prepare their own documents, others that hire paralegals such as us to prepare the documents and provide guidance and others you hire an attorney for those services at a very high price

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The attorney contracted to handle the case is also lookinginto the business practices of [redacted] / [redacted] / BFI FinancialAlliance Limited, LLC. The email communications show that it was never disclosedthat the product, [redacted] divorce forms, was being changed to [redacted] divorceforms BEFORE the final documents were emailed at 1:39 p.m. (CST). My sister,[redacted], expressed several times via email, our confusion as to why thedocuments could not be prepared as ordered. The order should have been delayeduntil further direction from the client. There were two (2) sets of orderconfirmations received, showing that the order was changed from [redacted] to[redacted] without any direction from me or from my sister. The verbal conversation did not occur until 1:44 – 1:54 p.m.(CST), AFTER the documents were received. The product ordered was not theproduct received. If a customer orders and pays for a steak, you cannot givethem a salad at your own discretion.Furthermore, the [redacted] documents received are incompleteand unprofessional. If I wanted to fill in the information myself, I would nothave paid this company $199 to prepare them for me. The income / Expense andParenting Plan / Child Support sections are incomplete and incorrect,  and will not be accepted by the court, as is,due to lack of information and required schedules, therefore a refund wouldresult regardless. We can certainly take this route, as we are certain thedocuments you prepared will be rejected by the court.

I have not used the product purchase as there was an issue and I was mislead after printing out. I would like Reliable Documents to refund 1/2 of the $249.00 due to customer service that was not received by their company. I supposedly talked to the owner or manager above [redacted], however his actions over the phone demonstrated that he was not really interested in what I was saying and pacifying the situation. I did informed him of the actions that [redacted] had demonstrated over the phone and said he would address. Customer service and loyalty to a customer was not shown in any way after the delivery of service that they initiate.  [redacted]

Mr. [redacted]’s statement with respect to me is way out of hand. After he told me that they could not produce the documents I needed for the retirement portion of my divorce I told him his web site was very deceptive and led a person to believe that everything you needed would be produced by his company. I did tell him I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and wanted to know what he was going to do for me. As for the documents they started, they are only about half completed and will not be used by me in my divorce. I did find it interesting that the documents his company sent me have the same language at the bottom of each page that you can get from the state of Missouri.  “ This Form is available for free at WWW.[redacted].**.[redacted]” and the divorce package appears to be the same as what they sent me with one exception, its missing the paragraph “ The Unauthorized Practice of LawThese forms are provided at no cost to you by the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Access to Family Courts so that you may have access to the Missouri Courts. It is a crime for another person to charge you a fee for preparing these forms for you unless that person is a licensed lawyer. If anyone other than a lawyer attempts to charge you for preparing these forms, you should notify the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel”. And I have.
