Review: I purchase dining table set with 8 chairs, and 2 Tempur Pedic matters from BIF furniture store. When this product was delivering to my home, dining table was damage. So I called the company to inform that the table was damage and I will not accept the damage dining table. [redacted] from BIF told me, that they will fix the problem later date within 1 mouth, but I need to sign off the delivery documents and I must pay the driver COD (remaining cash due for the product on delivery). So I ask [redacted] to give me in writing that he will do following:1) Fix the table with in 2 mouth I gave him 1 mouth extra time to get this job done. OR2) Give us compensation for broken table. OR3) Replace the table.The purchase date of the table was 6/1/2013Delivery date of the table was 7/29/2013Todays date is 02/06/2014 and nothing has happen yet. Every time I try to call or write by e-mail I only wait one response, we are waiting for the company, well get back to you without any timeline or further steps from the company to act on #2, or #3 agreed deal.Desired Settlement: 1) Give us compensation for broken table. OR2) Replace the table.

Hello, I am the representative of BIF Furniture. I wanted to inform you that we have been in contact with this customer, Mr. [redacted] to resolve this matter.
We had received a filler from the dining table manufacturer to fill up the whole in his dining table, but he requested a different type of filler. So we have requested this different type of filler
from the manufacturer factory in Italy and is waiting to hear back from them. I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] today, and he has agreed to wait while we get this matter sorted out with
the manufacturer company. Thus, please take off this complaint regarding case #[redacted], thank you.
