I received you complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] We log every call from our customers and there were two calls placed to us from this customerThe first was requesting her trash container to be switched out due to it being brokenWe took care of that and followed up with a courtesy call asking if she was satisfiedHer reply was "yes"The second call was placed stating her container was missedOur driver said the container was not out on her scheduled day, however we dispatched a driver the next day to go and Service this accountAttached you will see screen shots of this customers account, It appears there was a history of this account being put on service interrupt several times due to nonpaymentThere are also numerous reinstate fees that she paid during her service history with usThat being said, I sent an email to the assistant controller for guidance and she has decided to zero the account out rather than spending any more time addressing this accountI take our service commitments to our customers very seriously.Regards, Jerry W***

asking if she was satisfied. Her reply was "yes". The second call was placed stating her container was missed. Our driver said the container was not out on her scheduled day, however we dispatched a driver the next day to go and Service this account.
