I was approached to be a representative for the BFirst companyThey do not tell you up front just how much money you have to invest up front to represent their clothing until you're trapped because you're already committed by the purchase to become a rep, your "commission level" purchaseThat you then must purchase another package to even activate your rep statusThen you are further obligated to become a part of their subscription box in order to stay an active repAt this point I've put $into this company and have run into several issuesThe first being that when they were walking me through signing up they didn't tell me about the activation step so I was already tied in by the initial compensation package stepWhen I did go through the activation stepThey sent me the wrong size in the mail even though I have the invoice to prove that I input the correct sizeI've e-mailed back and forth with them several times but nothing ever comes of itI also have been charged t
Horrible customer service experienceI was contacted about repping for them on *** and forced to pay twice for the opportunity in order to receive the product (athletic clothing)After getting access to my rep dashboard I discovered they are a multilevel marketing scam so I charged back the cost on my credit card for misrepresentation and refused delivery of the itemsI was then contacted by the owner of the company who threatened to sue me if I didn't immediately accept delivery and pay them back more than what I had originally paidDespite research showing the company has never been involved in a lawsuit and has no legal team I paid just to be left alone as I was receiving multiple email messages about my "legal issue" and his meetings with his "legal team"
