I find this to be fair.
He also apologized for everything and explained why he sometimes can't get in touch with me. Also, fair and reasonable. He also said he will have [redacted] contact me to apologize for saying he would [redacted] us. I appreciate him saying this, but willingly will accept his apology alone.
All I ever wanted was a discussion to work things out as I would never not pay anyone for a job done.
I have issued payment for the roofing job today and will get a rough estimate on how much it will take for us to complete the kitchen. If there's anything left for us to send to him, I will do so as I find [redacted] to be a genuine and nice and fair person.
I would recommend his services again after the conversation I had with him today.
