Soliciting business (with repeated text)
I am one that’s totally for small business owners and I love to patron them. However, I have a huge issue with BFlyla using my number to promote sales, new items etc.

I never once agreed to have my number saved in their system.

I reached out via email (there is no contact number) because I receive the text constantly. I was asked to text STOP. I did that but that did not work. I reached out to them again and again and again, begging for them to take my number out of their system because Thr STOP text did not work. I no longer received a reply.

Black Friday 2022 is what really did it for me. I can’t count the number of text I received.

It’s really disheartening to see a young beautiful lady start a business that people like me support, but she does not care about her customers.

I can no longer support a business that doesn’t care about helping resolve issues with the very people who support them.

I need to find a way to get my number out of her business system.

I simply asked them a question in regards of my purchase, and woke up to refund. I called them out on it , and they gave out my address to insta.
On June 6/14/2020 I purchased a dress from BFlyLa for my bday on the 28th. I simply contacted them under the picture I purchased on 6/17/2020 to get a update on the item , but instead got no respond, so I sent another response to get her attention then was asked for my order number , just to receive a refund this morning on 6/23/2020 11:10am and was never aware of it nor did I think I said anything wrong when I simply wanted to know if it would arrived before my bday , I also didn't come at her disrespectful for her to give my address out to her sister and sister post it all over social media I feel completely unsafe and threatened by this business as a whole, I don't know if I can go home with out thinking someone will hurt me after what she did , I thought personal information was confidential when you make a purchase at this business but clearly that isn't the case. I would like to sue this company for endangerment to my life and slandering me with threats of reporting me to housing authorities all because I simply wanted communication over an item I purchased with my hard earned working money .

I am seeking to sue the owner due to sending out my address and threatening me and my life. All because I simply asked would my order arrive by 06/28/2020

This business have amazing items and I did receive my item in a timely fashion however the dress was returned in the same timely fashion and when I contacted them for an even exchange I did not get a response. I read understood their policies prior to purchasing the item and was hopeful that the dress fit however it did not and it had to be returned which is fine but I contacted the business via email via Instagram DM & only got 1 response( the response Days later asked me what would I prefer and inquire about size as I again had to go back to look for new items because the items I originally wanted was now sold out) Basically that response did not assist at all. This is unacceptable and I don't appreciate the lack of communication that I am still currently receiving. I tried my best not to go this far but I could not let this go on. This business quickly answers to comments but it's a different scenario when asked about responses to DM. As stated before their items are definitely a look but this is an ongoing issue that must be resolved on their end.

I only received one of two items that I ordered. Reached out to merchant by email and Instagram, and no response on how to resolve this matter.

I'd like to receive the item I paid for or a refund.

I recieved the wrong order. When I contacted the business about the problem, I was ignored and blocked.
I received someone else's order and that person received my order. I ordered a dress set and never received those items. I contacted the business via email and their Instagram Instagram business account (***). I never got a reaponse via email. I sent a direct message to their instagram account and the message was never opened. I then proceeded to ask the owner to check their instagram's inbox via the comment section of one of their instagram post. They "liked" the comment, which verified that they seen the comment; however, 8 hrs later I still didn't get a response. I posted another comment under an instagram post explaining my problem and the owner "hid" my comment on instagram sp that no one can see my complaint. In conclusion, this business ignored me each time I contacted them about the mistake they made. This business have poor customer service and do not take accountability for their mistakes. They also do not have a telephone number available to call.

Desired Outcome

I want a FULL refund. No store credit.

We made a honest mistake and mixed up 2 orders. The other buyer sent back the items immediately & things have been resolved. We sent the buyer a return label twice.! Neither label has ever been used. The buyer continues to complain but has never sent the items back. No further actions can be taken if the buyer never returns the items that she did receive. All she has to do is return the items and we will give her a refund.

I absolutely love Bfly . It's local in Los Angeles the young girl is doing her thing . I take my grand kids there all the time to get last minute stuff .

Terrible Costumer Service!! Terrible Delivery issues !! The website says 5-7 day standard shipping and my item has not been shipped for about 3 weeks. Despite that, I was very patient because I really wanted my items and I reached out to the company via email and DM and both forums were IGNORED. The emails were not responded to and the DM was left on seen. Upon completing my order, I received a pre-shipment tracking number and no updates following that. Stay clear, fair warning.

I was scammed. I was in London and thought to buy a grey/silver velvet dress And have it posted to my family Atl address.
The seller Told me the dress could be custom ordered and delivered with a next day service.
I payed $47.25 Including PayPal fees, as the seller said she had an issue with international payments and funds being held and asked that I send it via friends and family option.
Little did I know that these payments cannot be reversed.
A whole week later, no item, no invoice, and I was trying to get intouch with seller who has deleted our IG message history and ignored my messages.
She is actively on the page, so she is definitely avoiding this situation. Her page occasionally changes from the username BFLYLA TO SHOPTRENDY_213.
I'd like my money back.

I'd like to report this as fraudulent activity.

Can I get my money back
I return my item and can neither get a store credit or refund. I was told they dont do a refund which I understand so why cant I get any information with how can I get the store credit to use. Can I get my refund back I've been going back and forth almost 2weeks with you guys and nobody to explain how do I get to use a store credit?

Ordered a dress, it came very fast. However it did not fit me I am way too petite for the style. I returned the item, in good condition might I add. She gave me the run around then there was a mix up then she stated since I used the final sale code I can not exchange the item and also told me the dress was damaged which I know I did no harm. Long story short she sent the dress back but it looks a lot more worn than the one I returned. Very disappointed! Waste of $95 because I'm throwing it in the trash. & the quality was cheap.

You tried to return a Torn dress as well as utilized a discount code. All details are on the site, it states that using a discount code makes the item Final Sale. The unfortunate that you felt the need to try to bash Bfly. In the future of any purchase you should read all of the guidelines.

The dress was not torn nor did it look used when I returned it back to you. I understood your guidelines, but before you tried to say the dress was damaged you gave me the run around on not seeing my returned item. Again the dress was in good condition before I returned it. I carefully put the dress on and carefully took the dress off. No damage done. However, you sent back a dress that look as if it was worn from another customer who returned it back to you damaged. And the dress looks extremely stretched out. I barely fill out the dress so I know I did not rip it.

Delivery issues, retailer not responding in a timely manner to resolve the purchase.
On June 7, 2019 I purchased an item that was to be delivered to XXXXX *** XXXXX. I had moved during this period and this addressed populated into the delivery address automatically. I realized the error right away and notified BFLYLA and gave them the address XXXXX *** XXXXX. This was my mistake as I inverted the numbers on my address, the correct house number being XXXXX. I didnt realize it until I tracked package which said it was delivered. I proceeded to look for the address in my neighborhood but the incorrect address of XXXXX Bartlett Landing Drive did not exist. The item was returned to BFLYLA and later I was able to track that it had been delivered back to BFLYLA on June 14, 2019 and BFLYLA confirmed on June 26, 2019. BFLYLA allegedly sent me an email invoicing me for return shipping on June 26, 2019. Due to the retailers long response times I just wanted a refund at which time I was informed that they do not refund but I would get store credit. I was informed that when I wanted to place another order to give BFLYLA my original order #(XXXX) in order to use my store credit. On July 14, 2019 I sent a message to BFLYLA via their instagram page for another item I wanted. On July 15, 2019 I was informed it would be put in the system. I never received a tracking number so on July 22, 2019 I sent a message asking if item had been mailed. No answer. On August 2, 2019, again asked if item had been processed and BFLYLA responded that I should have it. I asked retailer to verify delivery address because I hadn't received anything. And since this was the root of our issue, initially my fault, it was a valid question. No answer. On August 4, 2019 I asked BFLYLA to track the package since I had no tracking number. Retailer replied on August 9, 2019 that it was sent via email which I respnded that I never received an email. I screenshotted my emails from BFLYLA and last email ever received was on June 10, 2019. BFLYLA then responded unprofessionally in my opinion stating "THIS IS INSANE. IT'S LATE NOW. I'M SAVING YOUR INSTA NAME & I'LL GET BACK TO YOU" On August 14, 2019 I asked for an update. No answer. On August 18, 2019 I asked for a tracking number. No answer. On August 20, 2019 I requested a refund in order to dissolve any further communication with BFLYLA. No answer.

I no longer want any products from BFLYLA. I currently follow BFLYLA on instagram so I know they keep their page updated but somehow cannot respond to me. I tried abiding by their policy and that was ineffective. If BFLYLA would have provided a tracking number issue could have been resolved instead of telling me they sent me an email I never received. This has been going on for 2 months and I feel that I'm entitled to a refund at this time.

I ordered an item and after not receiving it for over 14 days I reached out to the boutique owner multiple times and I was ignored.

I received a tracking number for my package that still states that the package is on it's way to a USPS facility. It has been 2 weeks since the order.
I ordered a dress (Snake Bite:Tube Dress-Small) from this company on 5/25/19 (ORDER# ***) in the amount of $19.13 via VISA debit card ending in 2454 and received a shipment email with tracking number on 5/29/19 with USPS number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Up to this date, the tracking number says that my package is on its way to a USPS facility; it has already been two weeks since I have placed my order. I spoke with someone from the company on Instagram DM on 6/4/19 inquiring about the order, and they responded on 6/5/19 saying that everything has shipped and it will probably be updated tonight. On 6/7/19 I inquired about the status of my order again, and no one responded to my direct message on Instagram. I sent a formal email to the company on 6/10/19, and no one has responded to my email.

I would like a refund for the dress.
