Absolute worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Found that the vehicle had a flat tire at 6:20p so called the Roadside Service number to be told I must be with the vehicle to sign for the service. What sense does it make for an already inconvenienced customer to be inconvenienced even more by requiring THEM to sign for service for YOUR vehicle that THEY are paying for the service of!? I flew here for the weekend for a 50th Birthday Bash for my brother so thought I could just explain *where [redacted] the car was and its parking spot number then go about my evening. I would then return at the end of the night with the tire fixed and everyone is happy. Nope! Instead, I sat at the hotel for three hours and thirty-five minutes WAITING--and--MISSING the party I spent $800 to get to! Talk about pissed off?!? After waiting almost two hours with no word whatsoever I called AGAIN--to find out WHERE THE SERVICE TRUCK WAS. I sat on hold 20 minutes to be told the one they dispatched wasn't able to come...so another 10 minutes to find the next one they called would be between 11p & midnight. The agent said she knew that would be unacceptable and called me back at 9p that someone would be here by 10p. The truck arrived at 9:55p and the tire was replaced with the donut in 5 minutes. I return on a 7:30a flight in the morning--a wasted trip to Little Rock and $800 WASTED! THANK YOU THRIFTY CAR RENTAL!!! My brother appreciates your lack of customer service just as much as I.
