B.F.Motor Credit

This morning (2/26/2013), I received a phone call from[redacted]. They left a voice-mail on my personal cell phone about past due installment loan my wife has with their company. I was told on the phone that I was speaking to someone from the [redacted] of Credit Central and they were helping a branch on [redacted] Road [redacted]) handle some of their phone calls. After speaking on the phone with the individuals, I promised them that I would handle the matter myself by Friday the 28th. The people on the phone were very nice, respectable, and professional. This evening, at 8:03, I receive a knock on my back door. My daughter opened the door. I heard the knock on the door and came downstairs because my wife, who is not feeling well, was already sleep for the evening. When I got downstairs to the door, there was an unidentified man downstairs asking to speak to my wife. I told him the she was "Unavailable" and he handed me an envelope. I noticed "Credit Central" on the envelope and told him I spoke with someone from the [redacted] about the matter. A lady, who identified herself as [redacted] a branch manager" began ludly screaming in my quiet residential neighborhood that I was "full of it, her car is right there"...I guess she assumed I told the cordial gentlemen that my wife was not home. I said she was unavailable, which she was. I was then basically yelled at because no one from the[redacted] office called her and told her we spoke...I kept asking her to calm down and be more quiet but she just loudly kept running her mouth in a manner that probably would have gotten her in trouble in the private yard of most individuals. I had to ask her and the gentleman to leave my yard several times before they complied. Mind you, I am third party in this matter. I efelt very disrespected by this matter but wanted to give Credit Central LLC the chance to addresss this before I move forward...Mind you, I AM 3rd party in this entire matter.
