Review: I hired B.F.M.R Contractors, LLC to complete a new roofing job for my house. They were paid 1/3 of their labor on Feb 13, 2015. They began to work. By March 4, 2015 the job was still not half way done. They were always talking on the phone and only two of the three people working on the house seemed to know what they were doing. I had to write out checks to all the supply companies for the supplies and materials over $12, 500.00. The material and supplies was only supposed to cost $10,242.25. They also ordered 10- 30 feet sheets of steel at a price of over $798.00, that they did not even need. on February 20, 2015, [redacted] told me that they were 2/3 done with the job. I paid B.F.M. R. Contractors the second payment of 2400.00. When I checked to see what they had completed, it was not even 1/2 way done and part of my house was exposed with no steel. Around March 5, 2015, I found out that [redacted] the owner was arrested for stalking. He is still in jail to my knowledge. His girlfriend [redacted]###-###-####) said she would make sure the job was completed. She supposingly talked to him daily on the phone from jail. [redacted] and a young man named [redacted] worked on the house. On March 9, it rained in my house because all they put on my roof was some white paper. I filed a claim with their Insurance. The claim was submitted and a settlement was made. They began to leave early before 3: 30 and not show up sometimes until 8:00 or later. I had to start picking them up all the way in Cut Off which is 35 minutes away from my house because they did not have a ride. This continued until around March 16, 2015. I was also feeding and giving them water and drinks because no one brought the, anything. On March 18, 2015 was the last day they worked. [redacted] took the tools and no one has come to work on my roof. It rained again and it rained inside my house and in the outside office area. I called to make another claim and the Insurance company said they had cancelled it.Desired Settlement: I want my roof fixed and the damages to my house fixed due to the rain or a full refund for negligence.
