Ms***’s concerns about the repairs made didn’t correct all the cooling is important to her and to usWhen we left her home the first time, after getting the system running (replaced the bad capacitor) and delivering cool air, there was going to be a lag before the air feels comfortable,
because the moisture in the air must be removed before the actual temperature begins to drop to comfortable levels.Since we are proud of our ability to respond to customer’s issues, I am concerned with the communications break-down between Ms*** and BFS Heating & Cooling, so I have checked our phone digital records and could not find any calls from Ms***, between July and August 1stI also talked with the home warranty company (our direct customer) and they told us they hadn’t receive any further calls about Ms***’s cooling issue.BFS Heating & Cooling, Inchas offered to return to make any additional repairs, but Ms*** has declined our servicesSo I recommend she contact the home warranty company to address her comfort concerns and improved comfort levels through the houseBFS Heating & Cooling’s policy is to provide world class services and products at a reasonable rate that meet our customer’s comfort needs within realistic engineering, industry standards and up-front pricingWe try to educate our customers on their options based on these policies, then let the customer make up their own minds based on this knowledge and their budgets

Per phone call with Doug he is going to send a $100 check in the mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for mailing time.

I am rejecting this response because:
As you can see from the attached cell phone bill, I did in fact contact BFS Heating several times and also HMS Home warranty. Additional calls were made at my workplace as well. BFS Heating phone number: ###-###-####, HMS Home warranty number: ###-###-####. Mr. [redacted] stated in his response he and the warranty company never received a call from me. That is totally untrue. Mr. [redacted] never returned any of my phone calls until my bank contacted him about my dispute of the $100 fee paid for his services and they were going to reverse the charge. That got his attention and then he finally called. He did offer to come back out to my home but stated he would need another $100 fee which I refused to pay since my central air unit was not repaired correctly the first time. Also, after I mentioned to Mr. [redacted] that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, he was very upset and I did not feel safe with him coming to my home as with me being a single woman.
