BFS Heating & Cooling

I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from the attached cell phone bill, I did in fact contact BFS Heating several times and also HMS Home warrantyAdditional calls were made at my workplace as wellBFS Heating phone number: ###-###-####, HMS Home warranty number: ###-###-####Mr [redacted] stated in his response he and the warranty company never received a call from meThat is totally untrueMr [redacted] never returned any of my phone calls until my bank contacted him about my dispute of the $fee paid for his services and they were going to reverse the chargeThat got his attention and then he finally calledHe did offer to come back out to my home but stated he would need another $fee which I refused to pay since my central air unit was not repaired correctly the first timeAlso, after I mentioned to Mr [redacted] that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, he was very upset and I did not feel safe with him coming to my home as with me being a single woman
