The complaint from *** *** she had carpenter that started framing her unfinished basement which he didn't do correctly, I was contracted to do plumbing and electrical, by the framing being incorrectly installed there was a delay in work ,the
rough plumbing has been done and was passed by the city of wentzville, once the framing is done correctly then the electrical could be done

I absolutely do NOT accept the business response!!! I STILL have a giant hole in my basement floor that has to be filled with concrete before the framer can finish his jobBFT is the one who dug that hole and are also the ones that have to REPAIR that hole before the framer or anyone else can do any more work down there because of the liability and safety of everyoneWe have been told by the City of Wentzville that the law is being broken by having that hole in our floor for so longBFT is holding up the job for everyone else that has work to do in the basementHe even told us at one point that he will pay for HIS contractor to finish the framing but nothing was ever doneIt has been months since he dug that hole for the plumbingI simply can't let this go on any longer!! I mailed two letters to him, one of which was certified and returned back to meI can't get him to return any calls or talk to me about when he plans to finish the jobHe needs to FINISH the job NOW or refund my money!! Otherwise, I have no choice but to go public with this and also file a suit against Mr***So PLEASE, ask Mr*** once again what the truth REALLY is but this time you want the real TRUTH! He knows in his heart that he is not doing me right AT ALL as the consumerHis work ethic is UNBELIEVABLE!! I don't know of anyone that would have put up with his way of doing business this long!! Please don't allow him to do this to ANYONE else
