I am rejecting this response because:i was told he put out a reward to find my item the reward amount was $Never heard anything after that.I never made anti - *** responsesi told him like I was the one who was out of place and the looks we were getting thereMy wife even tried to say hello to one of the ladies and was stone faced like we were not even aloud to talk to themBy shoving us into the bar I don't think that there planning or booking was well played at allI had filed a report with the PA State police and NJ State PoliceI'm also contacting local NY State police so I have all bases coveredThe employee they questioned I was told a only worked there for a year.Listen this was a poorly planned hotel experience and they could have called me prior to me coming up and say they had this place blocked off I booked on there website and there was no mention of thisIm looking for screenshot I tookI also have some recording on my cell phone thta have Doug the manager saying he wanted to know the price of the item and he would look into replacing it. All im looking for is a simple apology or in fact some kind of refund since this was the worst stay I ever hadDoug is also a new manager there as well

I personally spoke to *** *** during his stayHe had no complaintsWe typically serve a full menu in our lounge days a weekWhen the hotel has high occupancy, we open our second RestaurantDue to large private group during the November 9-dates we booked our Restaurant for the groupBut we
did have our Lounge and Bistro open for full menu meals as we do days a week.Regarding *** ***'s personal belongings, I had our Rooms Division Director Mike C*** search the room upon check-out upon his request and found no items left behindWhen he asked what I could do for himI told him I would interview the Housekeeper who cleaned his room which I didThe Housekeeper has an impeccable employee record and has been in our employment for well over a yearThis did not please *** ***I told him to contact the State Police.*** *** called me one last time to complain about the how rude the *** *** group were that we had in house during his stayHe made some very hostile Anti-*** remarks and I told him that I would no longer speak to him again.Douglas V. I am rejecting this response because:i was told he put out a reward to find my item the reward amount was $50.00. Never heard anything after that.I never made anti - [redacted] responses. I told him like I was the one who was out of place and the looks we were getting there. My wife even tried to say hello to one of the ladies and was stone faced like we were not even aloud to talk to them. By  shoving us into the bar  i don't think that there  planning or booking was well played at all. I had filed a report with the PA State police and NJ State Police.
