I had two passenger side windows that would not work. I found Mr. [redacted] phone number on Craig's list and called him up to fix the windows. He came to my home and told me that he would need $200.00 for parts and it would cost me another $150.00 to fix the windows, this he said was for both windows and I also had a my convertible top that would not work and he said he would take a look at that also. He fixed the back window on the drivers side and said he would take the other window part home and fix it at home and then he looked at the top and said he just needed money to get part so I gave him 20 dollars to get parts and he came back and seem to of fixed top (he showed me it go up and down) then took other window and I give him the rest of the money I owed him to do both windows to keep him happy. So now I have paid him $220.00 for parts and gave him $150.00 he told me it cost to do both windows. (this was big mistake) He told me he would be back first thing in morning (around 9:00am) That time came and went, I called ever hour or two and left message but he didn't call back until after 3pm. At that point he told me he wasn't going to finish because I didn't pay him enough money. I told him I paid him exactly what he told me it would cost. He said he would not finish and he brought back window with parts missing. I paid him what he told me it would cost. The money for parts was not used for parts because there where no new parts on any thing he fixed plus the top stopped working after 3 times using it. I had the other window fixed by another person that charged me only $75.00 plus $10.00 for parts that where missing that Mr. [redacted] never gave me back. This man would of done both windows for $150.00. I paid Mr. [redacted] $370.00 and I only got one window fixed (just waiting for this window to break). This person took my money, never buying any parts charging me $220.00, and only fixed one when suppose to fix both and he took my money. This is stealing. I want money back!
