unlimited paper and supplies and free overnight replacement of the equipment if ever necessary. However, this charge should have been discontinued when the equipment was returned and the merchant account was closed. We show that the equipment was in fact received on June 16th, 2015 along with the signed close request from Mr. [redacted].
Wise Payment Systems has written a check payable to [redacted] in the amount of $107.55 as they have requested. This will be mailed this out today March 28th, 2016 to the address listed for Mr.[redacted] in his original complaint:
