Review: I had a guy come into my home to fix my refrigerator and he told me that the problem was I didn't have an heater.I called Kenmore after the guy left and they explain to them what he told me they in sure me that my appliance came with an heater.the guy gave me two prices one being 250 and when I told him I just had a baby and I'm not working he said okay 200 I left my home to go get the money cause they didn't take checks or debit cards I walk to the atm.I had someone in my home while he finish doing what he said needed to be done . When I came back he told me the new price will be 175 cause he drop a bottle of wine I HD on top in the appliance . Let keep in mind the store is at the corner of my block so you fix defrosted my appliance and toke out an heater, and put a new one in and cleaned up a bottle of wine all in 12 mins.when I came back in he had on his bookbag and when ready to go and left me with some of the wine to clean up under the unit and just having a baby by c section called the company and they didn't want to come back to look at how I felt the guy got over on a women .....I need help cause I don't want to see another women miss treated ..... signed a very upset customerDesired Settlement: I feel I should only pay for the defrosted .... which he used my hair dryer
