In response to this complaint when we release a car that was towed for a permit parking violation we give the customer a chance to show us the permit without opening the doorThe vehicle will be released for free if they can do this This has been our policy for many years and the management of our contracted properties all know this if your permit is not properly displayed you are subject to be towedIt is the tenants responsibllity to display permits in the window and not falling on the floor where it cant be seenThis towing policy is in place to ensure the tenants have parking when they get home Thanks and regards, Bg
