spoke with the office manager, [redacted].  He reviewed the file and said that Mr. [redacted] hired them to clear some brush.  The company gave him a flat price to do the work and Mr. [redacted] paid with a credit card.  They were supposed to come back foe a second session but Mr. [redacted] decided he wanted to do that himself.  He asked them to pick up some brush at Mr. Riddle's parents house that he had cleared himself and he would call the cost even (since they were told not to do the additional work originally planned.)  The company texted Mr. [redacted] several times asking when they could come and pick up the brush.  They did not receive a reply.  Since then, Mr. [redacted] disputed the charge on his credit card and it appears the bank has reimbursed him.  If the charge back has not been completed by the bank, the company will go out and pick up the brush if Mr. [redacted] will tell them when they can do so.

Review: I paid Mr. Brain P[redacted] 140.00 cash to cut my grass front and back for three (3) times. He only cut met grass once. I called three (3) times and he assured me, that he would be sending someone back out too cut my grass. His team never returned. Therefore, I had to hire someone else to cut my grass.

I am requesting that he return my money in the amount of $140.00.Desired Settlement: Refund my $140.00

Review: We were getting estimates from Tree companies that were licensed and Insured. B & G Tree and Lawn Care had said he was Licensed and insured and gave us an estimate to take down a large tree in our backyard. We went with them. [redacted] the owner showed up on a Saturday unscheduled November 8,2014 to take down the tree with 3 other workers. We have a fenced in back yard( 6 ft. privacy fence)When taking down the tree they did not top off the tree they cut it from the base ! The tree kicked back and pushed out 3, 8 ft.sections of fence on one side and the whole tree fell on 4, 8 ft. sections and completely crushed it to the ground on the other side of the yard. We were devastated and could not believe what happened. I have photos of when it happened. [redacted] was very apologetic and said he would have it fixed right away. I called him and texted him constantly. I have all the text messages. I called 3 fence companies to get estimates and let [redacted] know what I had done. He refuses to report to his insurance company. This threw up Red flags to us ! I think he is lying about having insurance.He called his own fence Company and said he would pay for it on is own. He has said 2 different dates that it was to be repaired and know one has showed up at all. I let him know that if I did not hear from him that I would be contacting Revdex.com and [redacted]. The fence is temporarily fixed with logs put up against it so my dog can not get out and the neighbors are also complaining with their pets and the looks after this length of time. It is now January 2015. Please help us !!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my fence repaired to its original state now
