I was referred to the tax place [redacted] by a friend that I trust and decided to start using the services offered by this officeMuch to my surprise in December both my wife and I got notice from [redacted] that our taxes were in fact re-assessedA bill for my wife north of $owing and another for myself $owingThis was for our taxation years 2011/2012/and as stated above it seems that they changed name of the office every yearThis was a huge shock for both my wife and I as all the years I have worked since age of I never had any issue with [redacted] or being audited for any reasonThis was never resolved despite countless calls to this officeAlthough the lady that has been doing our taxes over the past few years said she represents us, we are being ignored [redacted] Very sad

A bill for my wife north of $7500.00 owing and another for myself $4700 owing. This was for our taxation years 2011/2012/2013 and as stated above it seems that they changed name of the office every year. This was a huge shock for both my wife and I as all the years I have worked since age of 16 I never had any issue with [redacted] or being audited for any reason. This was never resolved despite countless calls to this office. Although the lady that has been doing our taxes over the past few years said she represents us, we are being ignored. [redacted].
