Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/21) */ We have made every attempt to address this tenant's requests in a timely manner. As part of the move in process, this tenant did a complete walk through of the property and reported no issues at the time of lease signing. If as she states... she was unhappy with the living conditions since day one, why then after six month in the house would she voluntarily pre-pay her rent for the next six months? While Ms [redacted] may not be happy with my delayed response to her request while I was out of the office, she can not deny that we have addressed all of her service requests. Regarding her request for a refund, it is not our policy to retroactively adjust rents at the end of a lease term. The lease terms were agreed to by both parties, we have certainly honored our agreement.
