Review: Hi, I bought at this store on Thursday 05/**/13 a button video camera for approximately $274 + tax totaling about 298.30 I paid $184 cash + $114.30 by credit card. I needed it specifically to use it for visitation with my sisters children holding in middle of a court divorce process. I had to pay it with singles which the family collected for her cause I have no money to spare and need a full refund. It turned one once thereafter it didn't turn on anymore. I took it back the next day on Friday and they told me on the phone while I was on the way there they'll give me the same kind of item of a little better quality to replace the defective one. I asked him to charge it till I come so I can use it that day, I needed it on Friday for visitation but the guy told me he cant charge it cause he has a full store. When I got there it was empty, obviously! While I was there in the store to get this replacement he wasn't able to open the battery compartment of it. They gave me a Video Recording Pen worth only about $100 [and was not suitable to my needs at all] for me to be able to use meanwhile and they would have the technician repair the battery compartment on Saturday. I called them on Monday to find out if it was repaired but no the Representative forgot to give it to the technician who comes in on Saturday. He said he would give it the following Saturday and advised me I don't have to call he is going to call me back. I didn't get call back and I tried calling a couple of times but I couldn't get through to them. On Monday 7/**/13 I called them and they advised me that they can me a store credit and said that the employee told the boss he called and left a message that it has been repaired, which never happened. At this time this employee has already been fired and I don't need the camera anymore. I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: I want to return the video pen recorder and get a Full refund of the Cash and a credit card credit for the amount paid by cc
