We had the entryway doors and framing of our retail store redone by BGS Glass. [redacted] and his staff were very friendly and professional. They arrived early and made sure they had one of the doors done before we opened so as to not cause a problem for customer traffic. We had 3 quotes done before we settled on a company and BGS was the lowest quote, yet I feel like we had Cadillac service and products installed. We had a small problem with one of the locks that we insisted they used from our old doors; a call to [redacted] and the next day 2 employees were here swapping the lock. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and those I don't know as well.
Review: The windows that were replaced were replaced due to leaking. However, the new windows are leaking worse than the old ones! They have come out 3 times to fix the issue and have failed. I had to pay them for defaulted windows and out the money. I would have been better off not replacing them at all.Desired Settlement: I would like all my money back so that I can choose a different company to re replace the windows. I have given them several chances to fix the problem on my own. Now I need help resolving the issue please.

In regards to the customer complaint. BGS Glass Service is
committed to customer service and strives for 100% satisfaction. First off BGS
did NOT replace the windows as stated; BGS only replaced the insulated
thermopanes.
I had a frameless glass shower door installed in my master bathroom by BGS. They impressed me from the start compared to other companies I looked into. Even the small things I noticed, like how they wore booties in my house when other companies did not. They also put blankets down to protect my carpet. When I got my estimate they provided me with different options ands pictures via email. They were easy to get a hold of and very personable. They did a very nice job on the installation and paired attention to all details -carefully trimming seals to fit some of my uneven tiles. They cleaned up well too, including the glass. They were the best priced company with installation as well.
