I was sold a Jeep Grand Cherokee from BH Automotive on 6/22/and told that the title was clearedOver the past two months, I have been back and forth to the DMV and have been unable to put the car into my nameThe car was sold with a lien on it, without my knowledgeThe lien has not been liftedAdditionally, they used a practice called "title jumping" where they did not register the car in the dealership's name in order to avoid paying taxesThis is a case of Consumer Fraud in which I purchased a car that I cannot put into my name, without being made aware of the situation at time of sale
