Review: This contractor did not fulfill his contract for renovations to my apartment - he stop working on the job prior to completion in violation of the contract; the plumbing work done in the master bathroom and laundry room is not working properly and is in violation of the New York City code requirements and needs to be corrected; many other things that were done are also in violation of the city code requirements or were not done in an acceptable manner and need to be fixed/redone.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back so that I can pay other contractors to complete the things that were not done and to re-do the things that were not done correctly. I would consider a settlement where I allow this contractor to do the work but I am hesitant because of all of the mistakes that were made so I think it is in my best interest to get the money and have someone else do it.
