Hi, Customer ordered Customer contacted us for a one year warranty replacement 1016, and we confirmed Please see attached supporting documents We emailed all this information to the email address provided on the order and the RMA request Customer must have SPAM/JUNK filters so he never received our communication We took a step ahead and emailed it to the customer directly at [redacted] which is not an official email as the one on the order [redacted] We have been 100% compliant with the customer request and the warranty policy Customer is simply needed to receive our step by step instructions and send back the damaged unit for a brand new replacementWe are not sure why we are at fault here Please feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### or [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]

I purchased a Kaba Eplex Series lock through *** from B&H Depot,LLC/Keylessaccesslocks.comThe product was received with the interior packaging in a shambles The product must have been previously opened and returned by another customer It was also misrepresented on the *** Site since when I searched for a EMortise Lock this sellers Cylindrical lock was what came up This one is NOT a Mortise Style Latch, it is a Cylindrical style latch Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to open the box & install the lock set until after the days was up on their return policy and when I contacted them their customer service was terrible They made sure to tell me how they do not resell product (a lie) and that they will not take it back Typical NYC terrible customer service, with attitude! They even had the audacity to blame *** for their return policy DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

Revdex.com:The information provided by the vendor is inaccurate but I will accept their RMA provided   For the record on 10/**/16 I sent an email to the vendor asking for the status of my RMA.  On 10/**/16 I received the email copy and pasted below which did not give ANY reference to a RMA.   Attached to this email was I am assuming the owners lease agreement to a rental property they are renting in [redacted] for over $4000 a month.   That was the only correspondence I received from the vendor.   The RMA was not attached nor did the email reference any RMA information.
It was then I contacted the Revdex.com for action.  The Revdex.com site also indicated they are not an "accredited" business although they use and display the Revdex.com logo on their site.
I will process the return in the next day and hopefully I will not have any further issues.

They made sure to tell me how they do not resell product (a lie) and that they will not take it back. Typical NYC terrible customer service, with attitude! Hi, I proceeded to purchase an item, and used a discount code for free shipping provided in an email to me. The order went through and I received an email confirming the order that it was processed successfully. 5 minutes after I received the order confirmation, I received an email confirming a credit for the purchase, included was a memo stating "Discount code cannot apply to this order since the item is already on sale. Please resubmit.". I called their number to inquire why. The representative by the name of [redacted] answered and rudely said that this coupon code couldn't be used as this item was on sale, and even though I received the code in a email addressed to me stating that I can use this code for free shipping, I am not allowed to use this code for this item, even though it was successfully processed.
