After speaking with the client’s insurance company and [redacted] , we have exhausted every effort on behalf of Dr [redacted] office for the client in trying to resolve the client’s issue with regards to a laboratory bill the client received from [redacted] Once again, this bill did not come from Dr [redacted] We certainly take these issues seriously and always willing to help resolve in any way we canIt is difficult to resolve when the dispute is primarily between the client's insurance benefits and [redacted] We also contacted our provider representative with [redacted] in early August and was told the client’s bill can be resubmitted for reconsideration I personally called [redacted] in August to inquire about the status of the clients account and bill I was told to call back in 3-weeks, since it was in the processing state between [redacted] and the client’s insurance As of today, September 10, I was able to obtain further information regarding the clients accountI was told by the billing representative at [redacted] that the client’s bill is currently in the “appeal process” between the clients’s insurance and [redacted] The representative also informed me it could very well take another weeks to process The billing representative at [redacted] also stated the “client has not been invoiced again since it is in the appeal process”

This is a follow-up letter to the previous response we sent on 7/26/14 regarding compliant ID: [redacted].
Our office has taken the appropriate steps in contacting the customer's insurance carrier in regards to the customers bill she received from [redacted]....

We have also taken measures to contact [redacted] in trying to resolve this issue with her outstanding bill.  Please advise the customer of the steps we are making to resolve this matter.
Again, we are requesting this complaint to be dismissed on behalf of Dr. [redacted] and New Image Family Medicine LLC.
