Review: On April *,2015 I purchased an iPhone 6 at a [redacted] authorized dealer; metropolitan wireless also known as bh Galaxy wireless located at [redacted]. When I got home I called apple inc to order apple care. When I spoke to the apple representative and they asked for the iPhone serial number they said my phone was refurbished. I took the phone back to the store the following morning, April *,2015. The sales girl said they don't sell refurbished products and claimed they would be shut down for that. I asked her what should I do since I can't get any insurance coverage for my phone if my phone was to get damaged. I told her to swap my phone for another iphone, after doing so, she suggested me paying for their store 1 year warranty which was $87.10. I did because I needed some protection on my phone. On April *,2015 I called apple again and they said my phone was in fact new. They have me in the system for two iPhones one purchased in December 2014 and one of April 2015. I only bought an iPhone 6 once from the cell phone store I purchased my iPhone from. I purchased apple care and returned to metropolitan wireless to get a refund on their warranty and was told I couldn't by the sale sales girl. I put a complaint in at [redacted] and was denied because although I had the service they don't provide iPhone. I went back Sunday April **,2015 again requesting refund and again the same sales girl named [redacted] said no although I spoke to her [redacted] days before to help. The [redacted] said she would call her boss and that I should call Sunday April **. I tried for an hour and no answer on their line. Since then their phone is hard to get in contact it just rings and rings until it stops and has a dial up sound. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I demand a refund of $87.10 from their store or some kind of justice. I'm a single mother and can't afford to just give them my money . Maybe they need to be shut down. It doesn't say on the receipt anything about no refund for warranty.
