Contacted to cut all trees on property for $3.384.50 With in a reasonablie time. With the weather I gave extra time. I had to pay more to keep them working. I paid $3,880.00 total but on the 3rd day they said they would be back to finish the rest. That was on 2-5-14. I kept calling them and asking when they would be back but Gabriel Bolick kept insisting on me to pay more for other work that I could not afford plus I could not get them to come back to just finish the 1st contact. He wanted a new contract for new work but never fisihing the 1st. On 3-23-14 I was tired of the run around and he got mad and told me he would not be back to do anymore work. I had asked for 1/3 of the money ( $1294.00)I have paid since I feel they did less than that but I just want some back so I could hire someone new. He told me to sue him he has attoneys that handle that. I feel the is a complete breech of contract since he has had many nice days to come back to finish the job.
