B&H Race Boats

I purchased a hydroplane boat kit from Sam Hemp B&M race boats on 11/21/12 for $800. The delivery date agreed on was 12/31/31 - never came. I called and e-mail [redacted] several times, but no response. After several more e-mails and phone calls, I finally receive an e-mail on 1/5/13 that the kit will be mailed out 1/7/13 - it never arrived. Tried calling Mr. Hemp, but will not return phone calls or e-mails. Im asking for the money back. Please help with matter. Thank You [redacted]
