I have been receiving mail and collection calls from this company for the last 2 months. They are calling about an old debt that was owed to Verizon from 1996. This debt was discharged in February of 2013 after I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (In October/ November.) I spoke with an agent at length 2 weeks ago and gave him my attorney's information and phone #. He said I wouldn't hear from them anymore and they would contact my attorney to get my case information and get this resolved. He was actually very kind. When I got to work this morning there was a message that had been forwarded to me from my office's main # to my extension from [redacted] @ Bryant Hodge & Associates, again asking me to call about this debt. I have tried to call back 4 times and keep getting a voice mail message.
