Review: I punched two tickets (AIR INDIA) from Bharat Travel to travel to INDIA. in 3 Q of 2013. (two tickets, Original price paid 1450)

We could not make the trip due to my husband heart attack. Therefore travel agent returned the tickets on my request and AIR INDIA refunded the money ($2200 after penalty).

In 2014, I wanted to purchase another tickets from them wit that money, but they never send me any tickets and did not return my money

Since 2014, I send several emails with no response and many phone call, could not speak to any body , only voice mail.

In early 2015 , Tina the owner of the travel agency admitted they did poor customer service and she is willing to refund the money. With conversations and many request, I was not able to get my money back. Personal involves in Bharat Travel are Tina and Munim

Please help me out in receiving this $2200. Bharat travel just cheated my moneyDesired Settlement: travel agency owe me $ 2200 from my refund from AIR INDIA
