At this time, I have been contacted directly by Bharat Travel & Tours regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The ticket for Emirates Airlines, Booking reference number *** has not been issued yetI have only days to go for this trip and
I have paid the full amount months agoI have called them few times already this week and got no answer after leaving them with multiple voice messages and emails but got no responsePlease contact Bharat Travel at *** *** *** and ask for *** * ***She got the payment from me months back.Regards,

Review: [redacted] took our money via cc in mid Sep 2013 to purchase tickets to India for my family which she subsequently cancelled after taking our money ( without our knowledge)

. She has acknowledged the mistake and has not yet been able to get us back on the trip we were promised. She has been evasive and been misleading us all along I have paid $6290 for the tickets and desire to get the journey rebooked immediately and if that is not possible get full money back plus additional funds for the grievance and emotional distress she has caused us. We had planned this well in advance and now are not able to purchase alternate tickets due to this issue and also because tickets are much more expensive. We are being deprived to meet our own family after several years. I suspected this issues because when I called airlines after she had presumably purchased tickets it showed it as not ticketed and I shared the same info with her.Desired Settlement: option is to rebook us on original itinerary immediately and if that is not possible then we need to get reimbursed for full price of tickets plus emotional distress.

Review: On Sep **, 2014, I have paid $4600.00 for my round trip ticket to India from US scheduled for Dec **, 2014 - Jan *, 2015. The travel agency received the full payment from me but did not issue the ticket. The booking reference number at Emirates Airlines is [redacted] and [redacted]. Travel agency did not response to my emails and phone calls after repeated attempts to contact them. I called this number [redacted] at least 100 times but to no avail.Desired Settlement: Issuance of the airline ticket at Emirates Airlines

Review: [redacted], either the proprietor or one of the key travel agents at Bharat Travel has accepted money from us close to $5,000, made an online reservation for us on Emirates Airlines in June and we have found that the ticket or reservation no longer exists.She has refused to respond to our messages or to offer alternatives to the ticket. The travel dates are Dec * to Dec ** 2014 from Boston to Mumbai and this is an important travel itinerary to attend family matters where dates cannot be flexible.[redacted] has willfully given us the impression for the last 3 months that we have bene holding a confirmed ticket when it does not exist and has now refused to return calls or make alternate arrangements. She owes us $5,408.81 which she needs to return or use towards a ticket.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to refund us the money or replace the ticket we had as reservation with a proper equivalent airline and confirmed ticket within the next 3 days

Review: I purchased airline tickets from Bharat Travels for travelling to India. For the tickets the travel agent [redacted] charged my Credit card US$ 4380.00 dollars on May **, 2013. In the first week of August she called me saying that she has a better deal to offer with another airline who are providing cheaper tickets. We agreed over the phone that we will go for this deal and accordingly my credit card was charged US $ 4100.00 on Aug **, 2013. She also promised me upon cancellation of my previous reservation (done on May **, 2013) she will refund my US $4380.00 immediately by mailing me a cheque of US $4380.00. Since, then after repeated reminder via telephonic conversation and email she has not paid back my refund. She has been constatntly lying to me by saying that she has send a cheque, but as of today I have not received any refund from her. Then she agreed to do a online transction and accordingly I provided her with my bank information (Routing number and Account information). Since, then she keep on telling me that she could not locate my bank and other silly excuses. Yesterday in her last email she mentioned that she cannot refund my money right now and is ready to face any legal consequences.Desired Settlement: They should immediately refund my money as promised

Review: In July/Aug 2013 I asked Bharat Travel to book three round trip air tickets to India. Bharat travels charged my credit card $4610 for the booking. Later, in August 2013 she called me to suggest that there are cheaper alternative tickets available, and if I agree I will have to pay now for the new tickets and she will cancel the previous bookings and refund my previous payment of $4610 within three weeks. I agreed and accordingly she cancelled my previous bookings and charged my credit card an additional amount of $4295 for the new replacement tickets.

After that, I have made numerous phone calls and sent more than 20 emails to urge her to refund the $4610. A few times that she responded, her replies were full of deceits and lies. More than nine months have passed and till now she has not refunded me the money. Lately she has stopped answering my phone calls and email messages.Desired Settlement: She should send me the refund without further delay.

Review: We paid $2520.00 to this travel agency owner [redacted] to buy travel tickets to India for me and my wife from Boston to New delhi. But the lady and her travel agency never sent us the tickets. After calling and emailing her and her travel agency repeatedly we got frustrated and decided to buy another pair of tickets. This has been 30 days since we were ripped off. She and her employees are rude and unprofessional to us when we try to reach them for travel tickets that we have already paid for.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted]and her travel agency to refund our money immediately since they could not provide us the service they received money for.

Review: I requested booking and paid Mrs Tina G[redacted] @ Bharat Travels $2494.0 for purchase of 2 international airline tickets in [redacted] flight on April [redacted], 2014.She was supposed to purchase the tickets from [redacted] within 3-5 days of reservation date of April [redacted] to avoid automatic cancellation of the booking. After failing to receive ticket numbers in the next few weeks,numerous requests to Mrs. G[redacted] were made by phone calls and voice messages for the tickets. She stopped picking up phone calls and returning voice-messages at that point. I checked with [redacted] and learned that the reservations were shown to be cancelled. With legal advice and unable to receive any responses from the Travel Agent, I re-purchased the airline tickets online at a higher price of $2785.52 on May **, 2014.On May **, I sent an e-mail to Mrs. G[redacted] to stop purchasing tickets anymore and requested full refund of $2785.52.Unable to receive any refund from them after repeated e-mail requests, I contacted Consumer Protection Help Services on July [redacted] and followed up also with NY Department of Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection.As of today I did not receive my refund.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of amount $2785.52 from the travel agent as early as possible.I am very anxious to get my hard-earned money back as soon as possible since I am facing economical challenges.As a customer I felt harassed and cheated by this travel agent. I do not want this fraud to happen to any customer in future un-knowingly working with this travel agent.
