At this point Mr. [redacted] and his daughter took over the vinyl siding part of the project; but BHI installed screen doors/trim and was never paid extra money. It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] did not fufill his contractual obligation. I am not sure what happened to the finally project money, as the total job was quoted at $18,000 and BHI only received $13,400. BHI strives to do the best we can everyday.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] is lying. I have the contract and he did not fulfill his part. He knock out my bedroom window the first day on the job. He has not replaced as of today.I had to pay [redacted] to put facets in for the ice maker and outside faucet.I had to get a vinyl siding person because his guy would not come. He ask me if I knew of anyone. I ask a couple people but they could not do it in a timely manner. Our daughter does work for a builder and came and gave a bid. I called, Mr [redacted] and gave him the price of $4300.00. He said, go ahead and pay it out of the that we owed him. I don't why the person gave him the bid could not show up.He was to build cypress screen doors but he said he did not have time so we went to Lowe's and picked out flemsey plastic doors.He was too put plastic wood flooring and he changed to wood because he said it would void the warrant if you put screws in the plastic.He was suppose to buy stain for the floor, deck and stain and he did not. I can come in tomorrow and bring you the contract.
