Review: Brian Hirth paved our driveway in summer 2014. Three months later we noticed a crack in the pavement. He did not respond to our calls at the time, but we assumed because of the weather he would not be making any corrections at that time. Starting in March of 2015, we have been calling him to say that the crack needs to be repaired as it occurred (and we contacted him) within a year of service.

After 4-5 calls, Brian Hirth stopped by to assess the damage in April and let us know what could be done (fill the gap or remove the root and repave). I called back the next day to say that we wanted him to fix the crack properly which would include: cutting the affected asphalt, remove the root, and repave the area of the driveway). He admitted when he came to the house that it was his fault for not removing the root.

Since then, he has not come by the house (to my knowledge, at least) nor has he returned any phone calls. We started calling almost weekly and in the last month have resorted to calling him daily. My husband and I have taken turns doing this, but still no response.

The only option we have is to leave a voicemail as he never answers his phone. It is a frustrating endeavor, to say the least.Desired Settlement: We would like him to remove the broken asphalt, remove the root causing the issue and repave the area that he has torn up, ensuring that the driveway looks seemless. We would like this done by September of 2015.
