I DID TAKE BLIND TO THERE HOUSE TO INSTALL AN HAD WRONG SIZE LADDER TO INSTALL JOBI HAD TO LEAVE AN GO OUT OF TOWN FOR A FAMILY EMERGENCYBI CITY BLINDS IS GOING TO INSTALL THE BLINDWE WILL CALL AN SET UP APPT

THERE WAS NEVER A MESSAGE FROM MRS [redacted] AT ALLTHE ONLY MESSAGE I GOT WAS FROM HER HUSBAND ON 6/ALSO I DID TALK TO MRS [redacted] A WEEK AGO IM NOT GOING TO KEEP EMAILING BACK AND FORTH, IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO ME CALL MEMY ANSWER TO THIS COMPLAINT IS COMPLETE

Order arch blinds from BI- CITY BLINDS told the guy when he came to my door if your can't do my arch window then I'm not interested because the only reason I'm getting custom made blinds is because of the arch window I told other who came for estimated and they said right off the bat that they could not do it and I told them thank you for your time ...But the guy from BI CITY BLINDS said "THAT AIN'T NO PROBLEM WE DO THEM ALL THE TIME" Well here it is months later after excuses after excuses A number of unanswered calls to BI-CITY BLINDS and the guy from Bi- City Blinds stop responding to my texts Got refunded for arch but he got the rest of my business because he delivery and installed the rest of the blinds in my home and the Arch was on back order!!!! Looked up reviews and another guy with the same problem with BI-CITY BLINDS over arch for windowSTOP saying you can do something that you know you can't do!!!!! Found this BI-CITY BLINDS in the Money Mailer coupon that comes in the mail REALLY HATE THAT I HAD ANY DEALING WITH BI CITY BLINDS!!!!!

My wife has made additional calls and left another message and we still have not heard back from Bi City Blinds. There is no excuse for this lack of communication even if the business' claim that the owner was out of town is true

By phone, Mr*** mentioned weeks delivery. At the time of the home measuring and collecting the $deposit, he said weeks for delivery. For two weeks after the week period was over,I called and left messages which were never answered or responded to by Mr***.
My research does reflect that in the court system, there are two liens against Bi-City Blinds by *** ***) for $1000 and a private individual family who filed the lien for approx$2500. I assume in both cases the liens were for their depositEvidently, it will also be necessary for us to pursue through Small Claims Court in Muscogee County, GaMr*** is very unprofessional and as I stated previously, my intuition told me not to do business with this man. I did not listen to my gut instinct, but, will tell my family, friends and neighbors of my experience with *** ***, owner, Bi-City BlindsI appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com. If I had researched your website initially , I would not have done business with this company due to the other existing complaints

My messages were left on his voice mail different times and he never responded.. I am sure his phone provider has a history of the calls
Please close the complaint as unresolved. If necessary, I will pursue through the legal system. I do not recommend that this business, Bi City Blinds or owner *** ***n to any residents of our Bi City Area*** ***

HE WILL BE GETTING A PHONE CALL TODAY OCT 14 TO SET UP INSTALL.

SHUTTERS ARE HERE. SHE WAS TOLD 6 TO 8 WEEKS AT TIME OF APPT.  ALL MY ORDERS ARE CUSTOM MADE AN IT STRICTLY SAYS ON THE CONTRACT THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AN THAT THERE WILL BE NO PARTIAL OR FULL REFUNDS GIVEN. IT ALSO STATES THAT DUE TO THE SIZES AND TIMELY DELIVERY ALL SALES ARE FINAL....

 CONTRACT HAS HER SIGNATURE ON IT. JUNE 5TH WAS 8 WEEKS AND WE WERE SCHEDULED TO CALL HER THIS WEEK FOR INSTALL.
