August 31, 2015To Whom It May Concern,We received your letter dated August of this year concerning the above referenced complaintThe complaint was about a *** *** ** furnace that was not functioning properly.I have researched this situation and as the complainant mentioned the
contractor, a representative from my company and the manufacturer's representative have visited the homeowner twice since the unit was installedAfter trouble shooting the unit it has been decided that the burner in the unit is malfunctioning and needs replacedThe burner for the unit will be replaced at no cost to the homeowner and the replacement will be done by the end of September.The complainant's desired settlement will be accomplished: Replacement.Sincerely,Todd D.President

We received your letter dated August 21 of this year concerning the above referenced complaint. The complaint was about a [redacted]...

furnace that was not functioning properly.
I have researched this situation and as the complainant mentioned the contractor, a representative from my company and the manufacturer's representative have visited the homeowner twice since the unit was installed. After trouble shooting the unit it has been decided that the burner in the unit is malfunctioning and needs replaced. The burner for the unit will be replaced at no cost to the homeowner and the replacement will be done by the end of September.The complainant's desired settlement will be accomplished: Replacement.
