We stay in legoland CA castle hotel from 7/- 7/

I visited the park with my family on Saturday April 7th, I checked the park official website before arrival and it stated that the park should open at am on that dayI arrived at the parking entrance at exactly am to enter the park at am as advertised on their websiteWhen entering the park we were handed a brochure that stated that the park on that day open at am! I did emailed the customer service (Case number #-***) requesting a prorated refund for the incorrect information on the website but never received a positive replyI would like to receive a prorated refund and apology for this inconvenience

Yesterday, we went to Lego Land because my Grandson has always wanted to go My son is in the Military and he will be stationed in Alaska so there won't be another opportunity for my Grandson to go Because were only going once, I thought we should do it right and purchase the Reserve'N'Ride System It's spring break for many we anticipated it being crowded The price for of us was $ We decided to go with $each The advertisement states you skip the line My first complaint is that you don't skip the line, you go towards the front of the line but then you still wait in line The Aqua ride we waited for minutes It was our time to go, then we got in line We went ahead of maybe to people, but then waited behind 10-more people That's not skipping the line, that is cutting in front of a few people My second complaint is we input the Coast Cruise, it was our time to go and we get there and it shows the Reserve-n-ride line is closed I purchased

We approached the gate of LOST KINGDOM ADVENTURE at around 4:30pm at the exit / disabled gateI proceeded to hand ALEXIS our assisted passes an was instructed that that area was only used for people with wheel chairs (which I knew to be untrue) an was told our family COULD NOT enter there and had to go to the reserve and rideWe did just that but while having to stand in this line I observed this young lady Alexis allowing families that had a mother, father and small child go thru this same area that we were denied access to an neither one of these family's had a assisted access pass or wheel chairI watched very closely only because I knew the information she told us was wrongAfter Alexis allowed the second family to use the exit / disability entrance with no pass I got out of line an approached herI repeated what she advised us and ask her why those two families with no passes were allowed to use the entrance that we should have been allowed to use an they had no wheel chair or disabilities an we have passes an someone with a caneHer rebuttal was that she didn't know that we had someone in our group with a caneI explained to her that these assisted access passes aren't just given to people without disabilities so that was no excuse and I also stated that it wasn't up to her to decipher what someone's disability is wither they have a wheel chair or not..Alexis response to me was my badAt this point I requested a supervisor as I told Alexis I was unsure if this was a bad judgement call on her behalf or a racially discrimatory situationWe are African American and the other two families as well as Alexis are CaucasianA supervisor came by the name of Jenny about 7-mins after being calledI went through what happen and she apologized which is fine but doesn't undo the disappointment an anger my family felt by what happenI explained to Jenny (supervisor) that I am a Human Resource Manager and that discrimination by any means is unacceptable and this young lady (Alexis) needs to be up trainedJenny agreed and asked was there anything she could do as I told her this experience has ruined our trip as we have planned it for some time had family that flew in from Virginia, paid for hotels and purchased tickets (my granddaughter is so she was free)to be discriminated againstThis experience was not only sad but hurtful we have someone that is clearly disabled treated unfairly for someone's lack of compassionI am unsure on what type of training this young adult received upon being hired but I believe they all can use uptraining based on this one situationI am unsure if this situation was racial discrimination or discrimination of someone disabled but neither is acceptableI will be sharing this experience with all that I come in contact with as it ruined our trip we left the park immediately after this experience and tainted what was suppose to be a awesome experience for our familyWe left your park angry and that's not how we came inI really hope something is done about this young lady as well as this issue so this doesn't happen to anyone elseIt was a young man who's name I didn't get that tried to give excuses for Alexis actions that also works at this attraction I pointed him to Jenny in which I hope she handled itI really hate I wasted money on traveling hotel and tickets to patronize Legoland my family was going to comeback in October won't happen! *** ***

My family of total people had stayed at Legoland Hotel in Carlsbad, CA between August 11th and August 18th of
We purchased a hotel stay of the themed room at the hotel, that is advertised as comfortably sleeping up to guests
It was shocking to discover, that we got a king bed, a baby cripand a two level bonk bed
Why my brother and his wife were able to accommodate with the living room king bed, I was forced to sleep on the bonk bedAnd, for a 6'tall male adult, I must assure you it was not comfortable at all!

The issue we are having is that we are trying to book a hotel room by phone There is a promotion going on, and if you buy annual passes, you get a free hotel stay It specifically states in the redemption voicher that you must book by phone The problem we are having is that we have called about different tomes, at different times of the day, and differerent days of the week and we always on hold “for the next available representative”I have waited for upwards of one hour and have not been able to get a hold of anyone I have tried different extensions, ex cancelations, customer service, and I do talk to a live person, but I only get transferred back to the same lineThe phone number listed is (888)690-option for California, star key for hotel bookings, then for new hotel bookings

Legoland advertised an online ticket purchase promotion for the Brick or Treat event this year This email contained no expiration date and a link on the actual Legoland website showing that the tickets can be purchased for $ When I tried to purchase the tickets through the website the price of the tickets were raised to $after selecting the quantity of tickets I called the customer service line and was told that $was the correct price since Sept I told them that the email was sent by Legoland on Oct (after the price change) and that the advertisement was still live on the legoland.com website through the link below:

I reserved my hotel room via legoland’s websiteAfter selecting my room, I reached a screen that offered different aitems that stated these were one time offers that could only be purchased at that momentOne feature was cheaper parking ($vice $25), I did not realize at the time I needed to purchase multiple for all days we’d be staying thereI opted to purchase this for the discount due to the savings I would receiveNo screens that I went on during the entire booking process mentioned parking rates, etcWhen receiving my email confirmation, I finally received a breakdown of everything included in my reservation and one of the items was free self parkingI called the company to let them know that their advertising is misleading and only I paid and confirmed everything did I get any notice that parking was included I was told by the customer service agent that because I didn’t purchase the option to make changes so unfortunately, I’m stuck with the charge
