My family, myself, my wife and our son, stayed at this hotel on 6/20/18-6/22/On the last day, we used the hotel's valet luggage services after checking out because we still had tickets for the Legoland and a lady at the hotel's front desk suggested to do thatWhen we came back from the Legoland, they couldn't find one of our three pieces of luggageThe manager apologized and said they would send it to our living address if they find it, or they would refund everything if they can notI emailed him and the hotel at the night, but there was no answer from himThere was a reply from a hotel's different manager next dayHe apologized and contacted the valet manager, but he implied the valet services are operated by a different company and the hotel doesn't take any responsibilityWe used the valet services because we trusted the hotel, and how we could know the services are operated by a different company and the hotel won't take any responsibilityI filed a claim to AmeriPark w

We recently went to Legoland CA for our sons birthday because he has been wanting to goBeing a military family, family vacations are such a blessing due to having my husband gone alotHe was actually home to come along with usThe front desk person had to "go ask" if my husband could stay in the room with us because he wasn't on our original bookingI literally bought his tickets separate because we didnt know if he was going to be home or not We booked a few months in advanced with a promotion that they hadI could have sworn I booked a Sat- Sun trip due to school and workCome to find out that it was for a Sun-MonI called customer service to see what can be doneAnd they were horrible! ! I tried to re-book online for Sat- Sun to see if there were rooms available and THERE WERESo that is when I proceeded to call customer service They Told us that they can change the dates for a $charge and re-book for another $dollars FOR ONE NIGHT! I spoke to Virginia the supervisor and she was rude and just had a toneI sent an email to their team and I got a horrible response.This is one of the parts from them " I am sorry if you feel that the agent was being rudeFrom what I heard she was just giving the facts of what we would be able to do" This was copied and pasted from the email they sent me plus moreThey did nothing to help the situation besides loosing customersJust the way that they replied and had no care in the world about proper customer service etiquette bothered meThe check in time is after 4pm and check out is before 11amFor the amount of money we spent we were not in the room even for hours! I also got charged a mysterious fee of $that caused issues with my bank and Legoland said they had no such charge showing on their endAfter going back and forth with Legoland and my bank, my bank were the ones to refund me the moneyThe charge was on a day that we were not even at the resortWe will not be going back to Legoland we rather go else where and spend our money with resorts who actually care about their customersFirst and last time we ever go here!! My family and I visited Legoland last year in August When we left the hotelI forgot a paper in my roomI immediately called the front desk & they informed me that they could send this one piece of paper free of charge, unless I wanted the paper to be sent overnight & I would have to pay for shippingI informed them that overnight shipping wouldn't be needed & I would use regular shipping, since they would pay for they $stamp neededFast forward six months later, I receive a collection notice to collect a debt from [redacted] for $I called [redacted] & they informed that Legoland authorized the charge to my debt card, without my approvalI immediately called Legoland & spoke with the manager [redacted] She apologized & asked for the account information from [redacted] so that she could call and pay for the chargeAfter two weeks I hear nothing back & get yet another collection notice from ***I call Legoland again & [redacted] informed me that [redacted] w

Today is June 25,my family of came to your park "Legoland California" in Carlsbad as our annual family tripMy year old cousin has battled with brain cancer an wonShe was able to join us on this trip which was awesome she has been looking forward to thisDo to her brain surgery that she had her vision is not so good and her equilibrium is off so her balance isn't good she walks with a caneWe obtained the assisted access pass from member services on day & which was a god sent since she can't stand for long periods of timeWell day one was awesome but Day ruined our trip We approached the gate of LOST KINGDOM ADVENTURE at around 4:30pm at the exit / disabled gateI proceeded to hand ALEXIS our assisted passes an was instructed that that area was only used for people with wheel chairs (which I knew to be untrue) an was told our family COULD NOT enter there and had to go to the reserve and rideWe did just that but while having to stand in this line I observed this young lady Alexis allowing families that had a mother, father and small child go thru this same area that we were denied access to an neither one of these family's had a assisted access pass or wheel chairI watched very closely only because I knew the information she told us was wrongAfter Alexis allowed the second family to use the exit / disability entrance with no pass I got out of line an approached herI repeated what she advised us and ask her why those two families with no passes were allowed to use the entrance that we should have been allowed to use an they had no wheel chair or disabilities an we have passes an someone with a caneHer rebuttal was that she didn't know that we had someone in our group with a caneI explained to her that these assisted access passes aren't just given to people without disabilities so that was no excuse and I also stated that it wasn't up to her to decipher what someone's disability is wither they have a wheel chair or not..Alexis response to me was my badAt this point I requested a supervisor as I told Alexis I was unsure if this was a bad judgement call on her behalf or a racially discrimatory situationWe are African American and the other two families as well as Alexis are CaucasianA supervisor came by the name of Jenny about 7-mins after being calledI went through what happen and she apologized which is fine but doesn't undo the disappointment an anger my family felt by what happenI explained to Jenny (supervisor) that I am a Human Resource Manager and that discrimination by any means is unacceptable and this young lady (Alexis) needs to be up trainedJenny agreed and asked was there anything she could do as I told her this experience has ruined our trip as we have planned it for some time had family that flew in from Virginia, paid for hotels and purchased tickets (my granddaughter is so she was free)to be discriminated againstThis experience was not only sad but hurtful we have someone that is clearly disabled treated unfairly for someone's lack of compassionI am unsure on what type of training this young adult received upon being hired but I believe they all can use uptraining based on this one situationI am unsure if this situation was racial discrimination or discrimination of someone disabled but neither is acceptableI will be sharing this experience with all that I come in contact with as it ruined our trip we left the park immediately after this experience and tainted what was suppose to be a awesome experience for our familyWe left your park angry and that's not how we came inI really hope something is done about this young lady as well as this issue so this doesn't happen to anyone elseIt was a young man who's name I didn't get that tried to give excuses for Alexis actions that also works at this attraction I pointed him to Jenny in which I hope she handled itI really hate I wasted money on traveling hotel and tickets to patronize Legoland my family was going to comeback in October won't happen! I reserved my hotel room via legoland’s websiteAfter selecting my room, I reached a screen that offered different aitems that stated these were one time offers that could only be purchased at that momentOne feature was cheaper parking ($vice $25), I did not realize at the time I needed to purchase multiple for all days we’d be staying thereI opted to purchase this for the discount due to the savings I would receiveNo screens that I went on during the entire booking process mentioned parking rates, etcWhen receiving my email confirmation, I finally received a breakdown of everything included in my reservation and one of the items was free self parkingI called the company to let them know that their advertising is misleading and only I paid and confirmed everything did I get any notice that parking was included I was told by the customer service agent that because I didn’t purchase the option to make changes so unfortunately, I’m stuck with the charge

I went to Lego Land to purchase tickets that were on promotionBuy four and pay full price, get 20% off and a night stay at the Lego Land hotelThe young man at the desk charged me for more expensive passes $I pointed out his mistake before even signing the receipt and he politely apologized and told me he would credit my cardHe then charged me $that was the correct priceWhen I got my statement I was charged for both $and $I was never creditedI tryed making many calls to Lego Land and do to their nightmare phone tree got no whereI drove to Lego Land waited in line and spoke to a person at the ticket counter that gave me the number to the finance office.I spoke with the credit office many times and got no whereWhy would any one spent $on the same day for tickets?? Makes no senseI contested this charge with my credit card company and Lego Land has disputed it

We went to Legoland on July 15, When we were purchasing the one day ticket, we were offered the Merlin Annual Pass and was informed that the annual pass is payable for a yearWe then agree to pay $37.++ for the next months which will end on May To our surprise, we noticed that legoland is still charging us the amount of $until we checked our year end bank statementWe contacted legoland for the total charge of $from May to December and they said that it is for our membershipWe were not informed that we are still a member, nor they did not notify us that they have renewed our membershipThey also did not send any new membership card if they decided to automatically renewThey have kept silent with these deductions from our credit card and they refuse to refund our money back for a membership that we didnt know and did not usePlease help us get our money backThank you

The issue we are having is that we are trying to book a hotel room by phone There is a promotion going on, and if you buy annual passes, you get a free hotel stay It specifically states in the redemption voicher that you must book by phone The problem we are having is that we have called about different tomes, at different times of the day, and differerent days of the week and we always on hold “for the next available representative”I have waited for upwards of one hour and have not been able to get a hold of anyone I have tried different extensions, ex cancelations, customer service, and I do talk to a live person, but I only get transferred back to the same lineThe phone number listed is (888)690-option for California, star key for hotel bookings, then for new hotel bookings
