1. The system that was demonstrated which is defined in a written investment proposal which becomes a legally binding contract...

that was signed by Jodi [redacted]. All software modules are defined.
Pizza pricing has been rebuilt on location twice and remotely once. If not completed it is due to her failure to make decisions.
2. Jodi cancelled the installation while the installer was in-route to her location although the date was mutually agreed upon. The system was physically installed on the first day and the second day was devoted to training. Jodi left before noon and devoted no time in the morning for training. We are always available during the 12 month guarantee to assist in remote access trainingprobably 2.0 hours were devoted. She did not comprehend so we suggested that she continue to call. Jodi's lack of cooperation makes it difficult to train her and uninterrupted training hours were available however due to her lack of cooperation were never successful. On one occasion Mel and a technician were on-site for training and Mel even bussed and waited tables so she would have ample time to devote to training. The total amount of time on site to train was in excess of the contracted hours. She received unlimited phone support and training for 12 months. On numerous occasions a technician was made available at her requested times for training, etc.
In so far as on-sites visits are concerned they were offered more than once and she declined. At least 4 on-site visits were made that she was never billed for.
Kids Kluba tremendous amount of time was spent to implement this program however she wanted it to be 100% automatic which the system does not do.
3. Not true. She simply did not accept the answers given. All issues were addressed in a very detailed recorded manner and are maintained as proof.
4. Would not be Corporate Restaurant Manager's issue.
5. System does function 100% correctly. The POS system does not cause her to give away free meals. This is definitely not a system error.
Obviously, our company has gone above and beyond to try to train this customer and to please this customer. All of these issues have been discussed with Jodi multiple times. Every on-site visit as well as every phone conversation is documented in our office.

No the program you should me was different then I got.
Yes I I tried to reschedule. I had an emergency visit to the Mayo clinic in Rochester with a very sick husband, something that could not be helped. As far as the training when your running a small business on a budget you as the owner work as much as you can. So yes I had to work so there was interruptions with the training.
Mel cleaned tables on his own, and walked into the kitchen, and helped himself to crackers and pop. Who does that.
And I on,y denied the last visit because it was going to cost me, really.
Kids club was promised because it was a big selling point for me, and they knew it wasn't in their system and didn't tell me. So yes I wanted it
And I have given away meals because the gift cards don't work, don't know how he would know I didn't. So yes a not working system does cause issues.
And I also have emails of the lack of attention to matters he provides. In my emails you can see how it takes weeks to respond
