It is normal to see some adult fleas for up to 3 weeks after treatment. Flea pupae are protected from insecticides by their cocoons. They continue to emerge as adults over a period of 1-3 weeks. Once exposed to the pesticides residual,...

Vacuuming should be done for 2-3 weeks after treatment at intervals of every 3-4 days. The vacuum's mechanical pressure will improve the effectiveness of the pesticide by stimulation of un-hatched fleas to emerge from their protective pupae cases.
Our warranty for flea treatments is that 30 days after the initial treatment is done, we can return for a second treatment at half price. The 30 day limit is to give the pesticide time to properly dispatch of the fleas. However, depending on the severity of the initial infestation or possible recontamination, a second treatment is sometimes required. We use our training and experience to identify the cause of either continued infestation or re-infestation and work with the homeowner to correct the issue.

I have been a loyal bi-state termite in Freeburg IL. since 2008. Before I bought my house I had bi-state termite come check it. They found evidence so they did there termite treatment a couple thousand dollars later. Every year since then I kept up with my warranty which was $75 dollars a year. They came out and inspected for damage and also sprayed for insects for this price. Recently I found out they sold over 40% of the accounts to [redacted] and I was one of them. I assume because I didn't fall for any of their sales schemes to spray for bugs and pay more money (when you can do it yourself for little of nothing) and just kept the termite warranty they sold my account. REALLY that's how you treat your loyal customers!! What is the point of the warranty if they sell your account. The other people don't have to cover the same problems. BUYERS BEWARE they don't care about the customer that don't pay for regular treatment. Find a company that will or start doing it yourself. Let Bi-State feel the pain of [redacted] there customers!! Let them fold. They deserve it!!
