The customer requested the A record be changed on 2/** which would point the web site to a new hostingA response was provided minutes later explaining that this could be done however Bi-Tech does not
normally retain control of DNS when we do not provide the hosting and asked the customer how he would like to proceed
Customer responded on 2/** with a replacement request to change the nameserver which would alleviate the issue of Bi-Tech retaining the DNSA response was provided minutes later after the changes were completedA revised hosting bill was included in that response crediting March-December from his original yearly billThis is still unpaid as of 3/**, the original invoice was due January *** which was left unpaid as well
Since receiving the Revdex.com letter I have reached out to the customer to address his concern regarding Bi-Tech still administering his domain nameI have offered to unlock and provide the authorization code to transfer and am awaiting a response
At no time did Bi-Tech refuse to provide access or ownership to his web site, hosting, or domain
