B&I

Review: Company does not sell directly to public. Referred me to their authorized seller where I purchased their product. I was provided product with improper fitting pieces. Seller is unresponsive after initial email complaint and after providing pictures requested. Contacted B&I regarding their authorized seller's unresponsiveness. Was told they would investigate. I provided pictures as well. Had to follow up several times to be repeatedly toldI would receive a rsponse with promised times. All times passed without response. B&I is no longer responding to my follow up emails.Desired Settlement: Provide replacement for improper fitting pieces that I paid for or refund.
