Baggage was a gift from my daughter
I am an older woman and was excited to get the Biaggi luggage. I loved that it could be 3 different sizes depending on how many items you have to pack. I thought I could pack a small amount of clothes when going on a trip and if I happened to buy a bunch of "goodies"' I could open the bag "full size " to accommodate the extra items...
Wow, was I disappointed when I tried rolling the bag. It kept falling over, no matter how I tried to maneuver the handle. I even tried repacking my items, but that did not work. I tried to find out how I can return the baggage, BUT you cannot return after 45 days unless the bag is damaged. After trying to use this baggage the only thing that is damaged is this company!
If they would respond and help me to maybe even replace this bag with a different type of Biaggi I would be okay with that.
All I want is a bag that can be pulled without falling over.
Can anyone help me?

Disappointed & all wet
I did NOT have good results. The stuff I packed that wasn't wrapped in garbage bags got wet in the rain at the airport transfer. The large Zipsak 31" Micro-fold spinner bag was hard to roll and fill. I used the packing cubes which I liked, but if you fill those to the top of the large bag, I guarantee you will be over the airline weight limit. I had to pack things that could break or get damaged at the airport (like hair dryer and liquids) in cardboard boxes just to keep them from getting damaged. The company does not allow for returns or exchanges if you've used the bag (even once where you learned that it's not well functioning). I never would have used it had I known it was like this. I regret my purchase.

I was pretty disappointed with the check on luggage. After rolling all our clothes and packing the suitcase I just bought in June I stood it up and it leans towards the front. I pulled up the bar thinking it would help but it didn't. It needs some kind of support. It was also hard to roll. My husband also found the carry on hard to roll on carpet and there wasn't much in it. I would return them but I am over my 45 days. I wish I didn't get rid of my other luggage. I would submit a picture but do not know how to attach a picture to this review.

I bought one a fews years ago and the plastic bottom plate shattered, I called their company and it was a big wast of time. This model is no longer for sale. Don't waste you time or money on this junk.

Review: I contacted biaggi by email on 7/*/15 regarding a piece of luggage that was damaged. I received a response that the bag would be replaced and was being shipped on 7/**/15. I did not received the bag and contacted them again on 7/**/15 and ask for a tracking number for the replacement bag or a refund. I received no response and I contacted them again on 8/*/15 and again ask for a refund. I received a response that I would get a refund if I provided my paypal account, which I did. I have not heard or received the refund. The bag carries a 10 warranty. I expect to be treated fairly with a replacement or a refund.

This is the second bag that has broken and he quickly replaced the 1st bag with a replacement within a few days.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I purchased a piece of luggage from BIaggi.com last year and the handle broke on it. The website says the warranty on the luggage is 5 years. I reported the claim to the company in early Feb 2015 and received a response from the [redacted], immediately. He said he would either repair or replace the luggage for me. He asked me to give him a few days to find a local business to repair it. I have since emailed him several times and have never received another response. It is expensive, high-quality luggage and I would like to be able to use the piece I purchased. Since BIaggi is an online company only, my last resort was to turn to you as I can't even get a response from the [redacted] of the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the luggage replaced. I am assuming it can't be repaired or [redacted] would have already done that, so I would like to have it replaced, like he assured me he would do in his first response. Thank you for your assistance on this matter.
