only returned his salad. We were not able to determine the source of the [redacted], as the food was in the customers possession and out of our control. We did offer to replace the meal, which the customer declined. Suparossa takes customer comments very seriously and made every reasonable effort to make Mr [redacted] happy as a customer of Suparossa.
