I submitted a compliant to the San Diego County Court on 1/20/I am awaiting the court to provide a case number and serve Bianca if she does not pay the final $she promised to pay

all big. He and his lady, wanted a 150k wedding. He payed me the entire amount to plan it.
My team and, I started to plan, design ,  and contact vendors right away. After 2 weeks he emailed me, telling me that the wedding was postponed,and he wants all his money back. 
He was rude, upset, and was treating me ,and my team with a very arrogant approach. 
I was explain to him, that the deposit was not refundable, he went crazy. Started post it all nasty reviews, he was threatening my Company to give us a lawsuit . I send him all the money to make him stop. I'm the victim of a bad person .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have not been repaid in full to this date. I actually let her keep $300 of the $6300 retainer per my generosity which she agreed. The only work she has done was sent a few emails to a venue I picked out to host the wedding. I have received $4000 of the retainer back in 2 payments of $2000 because Bianca spent the money somewhere else and couldn't repay me in full. Bianca said I would be repaid in full by January 25. It is now February 10 and she has failed to repay me the final $2000 thus far. I requested her not to mail checks by either send a wire, ACH, or [redacted] quickly but she refuses. She writes rude condescending comments on the 2 checks she did send back and on the envelope that I have received in the mail. She also filled the envelope in glitter so I would get glitter all over my myself and home. I have copies of the emails we have exchanged of our agreement, pictures of the checks and envelopes with the rude comments as well. Everything I have stated in this complaint has proof unlike her rude comments. If I do not receive the final $2000 Bianca agreed to send, I will haver her served with the small claims suit that I have already filed with the San Diego Court.
